Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

• REFUNDS:Unfortunately all items on our website are FINAL SALE. There is no refund.

• Exchanges: Exchange is possible ONLY if the size or style you want is available. Email hmongcustomclothes@gmail.com us within 2 DAYS of receiving your order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees. If we have to issued you a refund, we are only issuing you a refund of the item cost, shipping fee paid will NOT be included in the refund.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Wrong order: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
